I love real estate. I always have.

For 25 years, I’ve built my career as a Massachusetts Realtor, working directly with clients, navigating real market conditions, and doing the real work this business demands. I love the strategy, the people, the problem-solving, and the responsibility that comes with guiding someone through one of the biggest decisions of their life.

When I recognized that AI was going to become part of everyone’s world, I did not want to sit back and let the industry be shaped entirely by people outside of it. So I started studying it. First to help my own business, then to understand its bigger implications, and eventually because I became genuinely obsessed with learning everything I could.

What drew me in was not the hype. It was the possibility.

I could see that AI had the power to help real estate professionals work smarter, communicate better, create stronger systems, and serve clients at a higher level. But I could also see the problem. Too many of the people building, packaging, and selling these tools had never actually worked in the business. They were designing for their idea of real estate, not for the reality of how agents actually serve clients.

That gap matters.

Because this business is not just about efficiency. It is about trust. It is about judgment. It is about protecting the client experience and delivering the kind of personal, high-touch, concierge-level service people deserve.

That is why I founded AIRE Mind.

I do not teach agents to chase tools. I teach them how to think. How to understand what AI can do, what it cannot do, what is worth using, and what is just noise. Because when everyone has access to the same technology, the real advantage is no longer the software. It is knowing what to ask, what to trust, and how to stay in control while AI handles the execution.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: technology should support great service, not replace it. My goal is to help real estate professionals use AI in a way that strengthens their business, protects their standards, and elevates the client experience rather than diluting it.
