AIRE Systems – Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Our Services are intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

"Services" includes, without limitation, live and recorded classes, webinars, digital tools and apps, templates, coaching sessions, emails, and related materials provided by AIRE Systems.

Payment for classes, digital products, and Services is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise clearly stated. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless indicated.

Refunds are only provided if AIRE Systems is unable to deliver the Service due to an issue on our end. We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind or scheduling conflicts
• Partial or non-attendance
• Dissatisfaction with results or business outcomes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

All materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to classes, recordings, slide decks, templates, prompts, workflows, SOPs, documentation, and any associated apps or automations (including the Virtual Staging Gem app), are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and are owned or licensed by AIRE Systems.

When you purchase a class or digital product that includes an app or workflow, you receive a single user license for your personal and professional use only. Unless you have prior written permission from AIRE Systems, you may not:

• Copy, share, or redistribute the materials or app
• Sell, sublicense, or give access to third parties
• Upload our materials to public or shared libraries or platforms
• Rebrand, white-label, or present our materials as your own
• Teach classes or create products that directly reproduce our app, prompts, or workflows

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of access and may be grounds for legal action.

Some Services include access to a digital tool or app, such as the Virtual Staging Gem app created using Google Gemini or similar platforms. The app and related workflows are delivered as part of your class purchase and licensed to you as a single user.

As long as you maintain access to the required underlying platforms or tools (for example, an active account with Google Gemini or equivalent), you may continue to use the app for your own business. AIRE Systems does not charge recurring fees for the single user license included with the class purchase. However, we are not responsible for any changes, limitations, pricing, or outages on third party platforms that may affect your ability to use the app.

All content provided by AIRE Systems is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, deal volume, or business result from using our Services, tools, or strategies.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to real estate license law, fair housing rules, advertising regulations, MLS policies, and brokerage policies in your jurisdiction.

AIRE Systems is not liable for any consequences arising from how you choose to implement the information or tools provided.

When you provide your phone number or email address to AIRE Systems, you consent to receive communications related to your registrations, class reminders, updates, and relevant promotional messages.

Text messages: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.

Email: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Transactional and service related emails (for example, receipts and critical class information) may still be sent as needed.

Some content, classes, or communications from AIRE Systems may include affiliate links to third party tools, platforms, or services. If you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

We do not control and are not responsible for third party websites, products, services, or privacy practices. You should review the terms and policies of any third party before engaging with their services.

We collect the information you provide to us directly, such as:

• Name, email address, phone number, and business details
• Billing and payment information processed through secure third party processors
• Information you submit through forms, surveys, registrations, or coaching sessions

We may also collect limited technical and usage data, such as IP address, device type, browser type, and interaction with our website or emails, to help us improve our Services.
