AIRE Mind, LLC – Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Welcome to AIRE Mind, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This page explains the terms that apply when you use our workshops, digital products, apps, tools, webinars, newsletters, and coaching services (collectively, the "Services"), and how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using our Services, you agree to both the Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or use our Services.
2. Payments and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Refunds are issued only if AIRE Mind, LLC is unable to deliver the Service due to our own error. We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or scheduling conflicts
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Incomplete attendance
3. Licensing and Intellectual Property
All class materials, frameworks, workflows, prompts, videos, documents, templates, slides, apps, and recordings remain the exclusive property of AIRE Mind, LLC.
Purchasing a class includes a single-user license for your personal and professional use only. You may not:
- Copy
- Share
- Sell
- Publish
- Upload online
- Redistribute
- White-label
- Recreate or teach others how to recreate the app or workflow
Violation of this license may result in removal of access and potential legal action.
4. Digital Product Delivery
Some Services include digital products (such as the Virtual Staging Gem app). As long as you maintain access to the required platforms (e.g., Google Gemini), you retain full use of your tool. AIRE Mind, LLC does not charge recurring fees for the single-user license included with your purchase.
5. No Guarantees
All information is educational. We do not guarantee business results, income, lead generation, or performance of third-party platforms. You are responsible for compliance with all real estate regulations including fair housing, licensing, and marketing laws.
6. SMS and Email Communications
By providing your phone number or email during checkout or on our forms, you consent to receive reminders, service updates, class communications, and promotional messages.
Standard carrier/message rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and opt out of email anytime through the unsubscribe link.
7. Affiliate Disclosure
Some content may include affiliate links. If you purchase through them, AIRE Mind, LLC may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
8. Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide (such as name, email, phone, and payment details) and limited usage data to deliver and improve our Services. We never sell or rent personal information.
We use trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Mailgun, Google) who are required to protect data.
9. Data Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as necessary to deliver our Services or as required by law. We use commercially reasonable safeguards consistent with Massachusetts data protection standards (201 CMR 17.00).

Our website and materials may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
